We are currently exclusively partnering with an exciting, innovative and expanding house builder in their search for a a Group Development Director.

This role will be a varied one and cover many aspects but your primary responsibility will involve the day to day management of a team of 3 Development Directors across 3 regional offices, supporting the Directors to develop and deliver the business strategy.

This will include:

Overseeing every aspect of a development process from site appraisal and acquisition to planning
Managing and mentoring a team of Development Directors to ensure a smooth continual supply of land to the business
Ensure business procedures and systems are adhered to and promote business values.
Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise and performance manage team
The ideal Group Development Director will:

Have minimum of 3 years experience operating at a similar level (Operations Director / Development Director)
Be a strong negotiator with a strategic mind–set
Be a natural leader who is both charismatic and astute
