Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst on either a hybrid or home working model to join our growing team.

BASIC SALARY: GBP35,000 – GBP45,000 (Depending on experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Business Analyst /Financial Services /Healthcare Insurance)
This role will provide a direct support function to the Head of Change and will play a crucial role in providing high quality analysis and support to the wider management team. You will also be responsible for:
?? Planning, monitoring and managing internal projects from initiation to completion
?? Managing risk and uncertainty through decision making
?? Leads project planning, progress reporting and trouble shooting
?? Ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost
?? Monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes
?? Liaising with both the finance department and wider stakeholders to get input / reviews and feedback
?? Considering the wider implications of system changes, preparing and making presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives

PERSON SPECIFICATION: (Business Analyst /Financial Services /Healthcare Insurance)
We would be delighted to receive applications from experienced Business Analysts who can confidently engage with our senior management team to provide added value analysis and support with ongoing projects and improvement from initiation through to completion. You will also be:
?? Experienced with policy administration systems
?? Used to project management ideally within Financial services
?? Adept at UAT activities
?? Prince 2 preferred
?? Keen to bring about process change in an established organisation
?? Experience within Financial services or Insurance and used to complying with associated regulations
?? Used to complying with regulations and procedures laid down by a governing body. Ideally the FCA.
