We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our in–house Talent team. About the role

You'll be responsible for the end–to–end recruitment process: from taking the initial brief, designing and executing recruitment campaigns, scheduling interviews and making offers. You'll use your skills to advise and guide the business, write great job ads, search directly and engage both active and passive candidates at a range of levels. Other elements to the role will include:

Developing a volume hiring approach for more common roles recruited on frequent basis

*

Assist with the management of recruitment budget and data analysis to achieve key metrics,such as candidate and hiring manager experience, time, cost and source of hire.

*

Supporting our internal talent ambition and project activity, promoting internal mobility and upholding policy on internal moves across the organisation.

*

Involvement with employer branding initiatives including creation of content for social media channels, support with marketing photo shoots, careers fairs and events to raise the profile.

*

Providing resourcing process administrative support, including managing careers inbox and process exceptions/changes.

What will you bring?

*

Degree or 'Higher' level education and evidence of continuous relevant personal development to support chosen career pathway.

*

Experience delivering in a high volume recruitment environment, in–house, agency or on–site RPO.

*

Able to demonstrate ability to manage the full life cycle recruitment process – from drafting advert, sifting, candidate selection, offer brokering and management.

*

Experience of delivering hires via direct sourcing activity utilising various channels.

*

Able to influence and develop true 'partnership' relationships with managers quickly and effectively.

*

Strong IT skills, (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, G Suite plus experience using ATS systems) with high attention to detail

Able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with consistent high energy levels and personal resilience???
