Scope of work:
- Gathering instrumental requirements from the business, ensuring the system is fit for purpose.
- Guiding effected stakeholders through implementation phases.
- Support with troubleshooting and optimisation.
- Liaise with the 3rd party to ensure quality of services delivered
- Deliver functional designs to the vendor
- Co-ordinating testing
- Assist in developing a roadmap for continual enhancements of the D365
- Train and coach end-users on the new system
