Commercial IP/IT Solicitor

This forward thinking leading Legal 100 law firm based in Guildford has a proven track record for success and is looking for an Associate level Solicitor (4+ PQE) for its Commercial & Technology team in this key placement. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. My client will consider an Associate/Senior Associate level.

The role comes with flexibility to combine working remotely from home/office based.

You will be handling a quality caseload including drafting/reviewing/negotiating a range of commercial agreements, IT, software licensing, and outsourcing agreements. Experience in intellectual property, trademarks and design is also desired.

Your role as a Commercial IP/IT Solicitor will involve:
