Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor - HOD - (5+ PQE) -
An outstanding high level opportunity for a Lawyer with a solid background in Residential Property matters to join this thriving full service firm at a senior level. This is an important role for the firm and we are seeking a very special candidate.
This is a senior and discreet Head of Department appointment and any application will be treated in the utmost confidence. You will be entering the firm as an integral part of the management, benefiting from a very supportive team and the position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm and possible Partnership.
You will need a minimum of five years PQE and a solid background in a full range of Property matters including all aspects of the buying and selling process, including buy-to-let, bridging loans, commercial and development, legal issues, finances and contracts, with proven fee earning, team management and client development skills.
Lateral Partner moves would also be considered here.
