Interim Recruitment Business Partner role with a very special business???

Job Title: Recruitment Manager/Business Partner

Location: West London, Near Wimbledon (they would like someone in the office 3 days per week to start with but may flex on this once you have settled in)

Day Rate: circa GBP(Apply online only) per day or GBP45k per annum

Contract type: Contract, fixed term or day rate

Duration: 6 months

Hours: Full–time

Here is a little bit about what will be keeping you busy???

The Talent & Recruitment Partner will play a pivotal role in leading the recruitment strategy and framework, delivering against current and future workforce requirements with a key focus on talent identification and selection. There will be a mixture of both permanent and temporary recruitment so your ability to provide expert advice and insights in relation to all aspects of best practice and contemporary resourcing, including talent acquisition, succession planning, talent management, employer branding and recruitment systems/processes will be key. The role will be supported by the Recruitment & Talent Advisor and reports in to the Head of Resourcing, Development and Talent.

Key accountabilities

* Ensure the effective delivery of a fit–for–purpose attraction and recruitment strategy across all worker types including permanent, temporary and contractors

* Proactively work with the Head of Resourcing, Development and Talent to forward plan the workforce needs, and create engaging campaigns to recruit in line with their talent needs

* Manage the ongoing development and utilisation of recruitment technology solutions (such as their ATS) in order to support the delivery of an efficient recruitment service to the business.

* Manage the continuous development of the internal & external Employer Brand including the key messaging, visual identity & tone of voice to be used across numerous channels

* Manage the recruitment budget effectively, maintaining an almost entirely in–house delivery model with key advertising and attraction partners (LinkedIn etc)

* Work with the Recruitment and Talent Advisor, and wider People Team, to ensure they are fully compliant with Right To Work and DBS checks for new starters

* Provide expertise and advice to managers around IR35 and ensure they remain fully compliant with our engagement of contractors, temporary workers and agency workers

* Identify and implement the most appropriate ways to advertise vacancies and source candidates

* Support the Head of Resourcing, Development and Talent with designing and implementing annual Talent entry strategies including work experience, apprenticeships, etc

* Proactively produce relevant Management Information and metrics to identify and respond to resourcing needs.

* Provide expertise to hiring managers, particularly for key hires, which includes interview guidance, attending interview panels and wash–ups and decision–making where appropriate

* Support the Head of Resourcing, Development and Talent and People Director from time–to–time with senior or executive appointments

* Continuously improve the recruitment and talent approach to make sure they deliver on their Inclusion strategy, and make the business a diverse and welcoming place to work (key initial focus areas will be on gender, ethnicity and disability)

* Provide expertise and best practice recruitment for all aspects of Inclusion & Diversity in line with our Inclusion Strategy (e.g. being a Disability Confident Employer)
