Ideal for an experienced business development manager, who has worked in the DACH region speaking fluent German and English and possesses initiative, confidence and good judgement when making independent decision on a daily basis and are looking for their next challenge.
Ability to work on a hybrid basis, with two days in the office.
Responsibilities:
Virtual and face to face meetings with high potential clients
Conduct meetings, follow up and close business
Guide more junior members of the team, while maintaining a growth mindset
Accurate forecasting of your deals and pipeline management
Build an understanding of target customer needs, identify emerging trends and report relevant information to the product team to aid product development
Attend local trade fairs, conferences and events as a true ambassador of our brand
About You:
Essential to have:
Fluent spoken and written German and English
Extensive experience in B2B SaaS sales, closing deals upwards of E200+
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of corporate Learning and Development in DACH region
Bonus:
Experience in EdTech or selling to L&D / Training / HR
Additional European or Asian language
Proficient in using MEDDIC
Experience with Hubspot
