Working with an innovative organisation based in the West Midlands looking for an Interim Proposal/Bid Manager to join them on an outside IR35 deliverables based fixed price contract. The period of work is 3 months paying GBP22,500 for the work.
Deliverables
Key deliverables are detailed Business Proposal documents covering a range of future Transport Innovation and Strategic initiatives.
Title: Transport – New proposals
– Lead development of the detailed technical product and services proposals as a result of either competitions or discussions with government or commercial customers (thro' the Transport team or Marketing/Sales team).
– Develop detailed technical delivery plans, scope of work, assumptions and detail the budget required to deliver.
– Review and agree content of the proposals with the director prior to issuing.
– Discuss and refine the draft proposals with the stakeholders and customers prior to issuing the definitive proposal.
Candidate Experience:
– Proposal generation of technical and business solutions in response to government or commercial studies, competition or internal development requirements.
– Technology or product development delivery planning and risk management.
– Budget management on a project including forecasting.
– Working to exacting timescales.
– 5 years (min) work experience.
– Advantageous Experience:
o Consultancy and business development
o Technology or Innovation development in transport, automotive or mobile comms an advantage
