This is a temporary, full–time, 8C Programme Manager Integrated Care role to start w/c December 6th until the end of March. The role is hybrid working, with every 2 weeks in the office (SE1) and working from home.

Description

The 8C Programme Manager Integrated Care role will be to oversee and programme manage multiple projects across 7 organisations and 2 large workstreams, and be able to engage with senior clinical and managerial managers to enable change in a complex health and care system.

This role is responsible for leading rigorous and robust transformation and improvement programmes; strategy, programme management including planning, reporting, managing risk, and a strong focus on benefits realisation.

As a Senior Programme Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation of the neighbourhood model, working with key leads from partner organisations
This will include service redesign and workforce planning and delivery
Commission, plan and implement appropriate evaluation and audit of the programme across sites and organisations
Work with partners to design and implement new ways of working/initiatives within and across neighbourhoods
The post–holder will spend the majority of their time working in an embedded way within Primary Care Networks
Responsibility for an allocated transformation budget and identifying and securing other resource requirements
Lead the production of a programme plan that delivers agreed programme milestones and objectives that are consistent with overall business plans and Trust strategy
Plan and organise complex, long term and often interdependent projects that form the programme
Lead engagement plans for the programme to proactively ensure that positive and effective relations are developed and maintained between members of the team, all clients and key internal and external stakeholders throughout the project
Use highly developed negotiation, persuasion and motivational skills to gain support for the programme across the breadth of stakeholders, including commissioners, patients and providersProfile

The successful candidate for the 8C Programme Manager Integrated Care role must have rigorous transformation and change experience within a Primary Care or similar setting at Band 8b/c.

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) to practitioner level or equivalent
Evidence of leading successful programme and / or operational performance and improvement at a strategic level; including business case preparation, service initiation / commissioning, contract negotiation, and the development and monitoring of output and outcome measures
Extensive programme management experience in large complex organisations, including design, development, implementation and management of change in a multiple stakeholder environment
Experience of managing large, multi–stranded budgets from a range of income sources and demonstrable evidence of individual, team, financial, process and change management
Expert knowledge of operations and / or programme management methodologies and techniques
Extensive knowledge of contract management
Excellent understanding and track record of successful change and programme management
Highly effective leadership, people and project management skills
Understanding and application of complex statistical and numerical dataJob Offer
