A highly regarded law firm in Greater Manchester are seeking a Barrister or Solicitor Advocate to join their team.
The successful candidate will have civil litigation experience, any particular experience within personal injury would be an advantage.
The role will involve representing claimants at trials across England and Wales. There will be an emphasis on fast track trials but there will also be the opportunity to get involved in multi track litigation. You will be undertaking advocacy in CCMCs, interim hearings, stage 3 portal hearings etc.
You will have strong knowledge of the CPR and a current practising certificate.
