Corporate Solicitor, Newcastle
Leading law firm require an additional senior solicitor for their corporate team. Ideally you will be in the region of four years pqe or more and have solid corporate experience from a Legal 500 listed team. You will assist the department with a variety of corporate transactions and have experience of : mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, flotations and share issues, buy outs and corporate governance.
As a senior member of the team it is expected that you would be able to supervise more junior members, contribute to business development, client expansion and marketing.
