A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established top 50 law firm in its non-contentious construction department. The firm is extremely proud of its highly successful department and is now keen to expand.

As an individual, you will be expected to work on development, investment, and banking related cases, with specific sector experience in mixed use, retail, housing, student accommodation, education, and regeneration.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in the interface between real estate, banking and construction documents and be well versed in drafting and revising contracts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to progress their career and gain exposure to high quality work.

You will be joining a friendly supportive team dedicated to excellent client service. You should be confident working with lawyers in different offices in both the C&I team and other teams in the firm.
