JOB TITLE: Business Analyst
JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full Time
HOURS: 08:30am – 17:00pm
SALARY: GBP32000 – GBP35,000 (Plus Bonus!)
LOCATION: Central London

Main function of job:
Provide data and analysis to support decision making related to People across the region
Provide the technical expertise to ensure the Success Factors system is administered, maintained and developed across all People modules with rigour and attention to detail
Compile HR data, metrics and analysis from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs
Design and manage employee surveys and exit interviews
Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
Present results of employee performance evaluations
Benchmark against competitors' practices and make recommendations to management
Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership
Recognise and suggest short–term and long–term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics
Contribute to system decision–making, scoping and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy
Investigate and provide analysis of Staff Related Costs across the region both in terms of routine KPIs but also for ad–hoc requests and projects
Support the annual budgeting process for Staff Related Costs
With consultation, prepare the monthly forecasting for Staff Related CostsExperience, knowledge and skills required
At least 2–3 years' experience within a Data Analyst role
Enjoys working closely with data and enjoys Excel , reports etc
Previous experience of working with systems to extract and analyse data
Strong accuracy, analytical and problem–solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office & advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, vlookups etc
Educated to a degree level
Experienced HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits – Desirable
Experience with SAP and/or Business Objects – DesirablePersonal Attributes
Right attitude towards work – proactive, able to use initiative
Someone that is able to mould the role into their own
Confident team player
Willingness to learn, and confident to ask for help when needed
Exceptional attention to detail skills
