A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading Legal 500 commercial law firm in central Liverpool for a capable and confident Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Associate level) to join its award-winning commercial litigation department.
The firm overall is recognised across the region for its outstanding client care and high-quality commercial work. Their commercial litigation department acts on behalf of large corporate organisations, SMEs, private individuals, public bodies, insurers, professional practices, regulatory bodies etc. Due to the development and expansion of the commercial litigation department, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor (5-10 years' PQE as a guideline) to further augment their offering.
You will deal with your own portfolio of commercial litigation cases from instruction to resolution, including, but not limited to, general litigation, commercial disputes, specialty insurance, etc. You will have a strong background in managing a commercial litigation caseload autonomously and ideally have completed several years within a similarly renowned CDR team.
