HR Business Partner

We're delighted to be partnering a large successful business to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their growing team.

Working as part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will support a specific service area. You will work closely with the service leadership team, building strong understanding of goals and objectives and helping to develop people plans to enable them.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially focused HR Business Partner who likes to deliver forward thinking people plans that work for a wide range of colleagues in a complex organisation and is passionate about the development of high performing teams.

Building relationships will be key to delivering the organisations people strategy whilst delivering plans that work for your service area, and your stakeholders.

We're looking to hear from experienced HR Business Partners who thrive in a fast–paced environment with a wide range of colleagues. This role needs a confident HRBP who knows how to look beyond 'what's always been done', bringing ideas and driving change, ideally in a unionised environment.

This is an excellent role for a pro–active HR Business Partner who likes to utilise data and insight to inform business and people plans and add true value to their business area.

Roles will have a hybrid approach and will require some travel.
