Interim OD & Change Specialist

Executive Network Group have been retained to hire a Senior Organisational Design & Change Management Consultant for an exciting greenfield transformation, working with a leading insurance organisation.

Insurance experience is not essential, although it would be a plus to have some exposure to Financial Services sectors.

Essential Requirements:

– Strong experience successfully delivering OD transformation programmes and new targeting operating models.

– Ability to work with delivery partners including consultancies

– Some understanding of employment legislation would be beneficial (HR background would be ideal)

– Track record consistently delivering projects end–to–end

– Comfortable working with complex organisational structures and data sets

Desirable:

– Exposure to outsourcing initiatives and subsequent effects on OD

– Some FS experience (insurance would be great but again, not essential)

– Background within Human Resources

– Available immediately or within a 1–2 week notice period (we will consider 1 month for an exceptional candidate)

Rate: GBP650–750 day rate (or up to GBP100k FTC)
