Resourcing Business Partner | Hybrid Working | Manchester | Permanent | Up to GBP45,000
Your new company
Global, successful Software Solutions Organisation Based in Salford are seeking to appoint a Resourcing Business Partner to join their dynamic team within this technically focused and forward thinking business.
Your new role
You'll support the HR Ops Manager and HRD to provide a comprehensive recruitment service to internal stakeholders and candidates alike across the EMEA region. You'll be driven and capable of autonomously managing and prioritising your own workload within a trusting and responsible working culture offering flexibility and remote working options.
You will be committed and passionate regarding the service you provide and in particular around the candidate experience and journey to ensure you help to attract and secure the best talent to the business. You'll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and be used to dealing with multi–level and challenging managers across a business. covering EMEA region means there will be a requirement to travel to European destinations on an occasional, ad–hoc basis going forward, however the role will be predominantly remote working with lots of flexibility.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven Experience and expertise within Recruitment
* Candidate Attraction Strategy Expertise (including social media savvy)
* Experience recruiting for IT / technical roles
* Excellent Organisation Skills
* Meticulous Attention to Detail
* Ability to develop and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and candidates
* Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel & Outlook
* Willingness to travel (on occasion)
* Full clean Driving Licence Desirable
