A commercial litigation solicitor with experience of insolvency litigation is required by a leading regional Legal 500 firm who is expanding to meet client demand.
You will be a commercial litigation solicitor, circa 4-6 years' PQE, with experience in the full range of commercial disputes and insolvency litigation.
This Buckinghamshire-based role is a strategic hire to continue the growth with the team who handle complex cases for both UK and offshore based clients.
The ideal candidate's experience will cover restructuring, director disputes, disqualification proceedings, recovery actions and winding-up orders.
This role, based in Gerrards Cross, will see you continue to maintain existing relationships whilst also playing an active role in developing new business opportunities.
