You will be working for a key organisation who supply to over 1 million people and over 30,000 commercial customers throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas. As the Procurement Business Partner, you will be delivering a first–class purchasing strategy throughout the organisation.

As the Procurement Business Partner, you will be:
Managing contracts, monitoring performance and reviewing before contracts become lapsed
Responsible for negotiating with suppliers
Responsible for leading, supporting and updating tenders
Working closely with stakeholders, building strong relationships and supporting with competitive purchasing processes
Responsible for compliance, ensuring contracts comply with legislation and procedures
Analysing spend, benchmarking and identifying savings and providing recommendations to senior management
As the Procurement Business Partner, you will have:
Previous experience working within Procurement, working alongside stakeholders and external suppliers
Experience in driving and controlling a wide–ranging portfolio of frameworks and contracts
Experience working within a regulated environment, however, this is not essential
Valid UK driving licence
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
You may have experience working in any of the following: Buying, Buyer, Materials Manager, Category Purchasing, Purchasing Manager, Purchaser, Production Planning, Planner, cost negotiation
As the Procurement Business Partner, you will receive a salary of circa GBP40,000 per annum, depending on experience plus a fantastic range of benefits
