Our public sector client is looking for a Project Manager who can keep a refurbishment on track for one of their offices in Wrexham.
Salary – GBP40,000 to GBP45,000.
Contract Duration – end of March.
Flexible working – working from home (must be able to visit the site weekly).
The 2nd floored site, currently houses a number of staff based in small individual or slightly larger offices, and our clients intention is to open both floors up into an open plan style, with a few meeting rooms, some small areas of private phone calls and hot desks for staff to use.
The successful candidate will need MS Project experience, be on site regularly, be able to keep highlight and risk reports, be able to deal with contractors on site, and keep the whole project on track.
There is a wider scoping review happening for all PHW offices in North Wales, this refurbishment is the first in the chain.
