A 6 months+ opportunity for a Transformation Business Analyst has arisen with the local authorities in Cambridge.
To lead and be responsible for the co–design and delivery of future operating models and processes, across a broad range of service areas to deliver the outcomes of the programme. This will involve being embedded within operational teams, engaging and facilitating colleagues and external stakeholders to understand future requirements, and redesign delivery models and business processes in line with the objectives and principles of the programme to ensure best fit for all.
Skills and Experience:
Involvement in corporate projects.
Experience of undertaking customer focussed business process reviews and/or customer journey mapping preferably in the public sector.
Recognised business analyst qualification.
Understanding of project, programme and change management methodologies.
Experience of analysing complex data sets and producing recommendations through high impact reports.Hours of work are 9am till 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, 4 days per week.
