Our client is a recognised full-service law firm based in Reading. The practice is seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ years' PQE) to join the current team of 3 qualified fee earners. This role is principally office based, with the opportunity of some homeworking. The department is partner led and specialises in Residential Property Conveyancing.
The successful candidate will present with residential conveyancing experience and the appropriate qualification(s). You will be picking up an existing caseload of work to include sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release schemes, transfers of equity, matrimonial conveyancing, and lease work.
The ideal person for this position will be commercially aware, ambitious, and driven, and adept at marketing & business development.
In return for your hard work and dedication, the firm pays a competitive salary £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE) + benefits package + bonus scheme.
