Opening with a great multi office Legal 500 firm for an experienced private client solicitor specialising in tax, trust and estate planning.
Your role will involve advising clients with tax planning advice as well as advice on inheritance and capital gains tax savings. This position would be suited to a solicitor with 5 years' experience or more and an in-depth understanding of inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning with emphasis on family businesses. You will be an expert on tax efficiency and planning and the use of trusts, and have an interest in this area of work.
This role could suit a senior associate who is looking for a step up to partnership at a firm that is fully supportive, and this is a role you can take full ownership to develop.
