Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 4-10 years PQE, Gloucestershire, Salary £55,000 to £70,000 (DOE) plus extensive benefits, including a generous bonus scheme. Highly regarded corporate and commercial practice within the Gloucestershire region are seeking an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to expand the scope of their team.

CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR: Market leading legal practice, providing exceptional legal advice in the areas of health, social care and housing. Within these sectors, they act for a range of long standing clients and over the years, have built up a loyal client base. They are regularly recommended in the Legal 500, and their work is often high profile and represent some of the leading work in their niche areas. The team act on a dynamic mix of work across both the public sector and private clients. Much of their work is predominantly focused in the healthcare sector, and this role is a genuine opportunity for the successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor to progress their career as part of a growing business. The ideal Corporate Commercial Solicitor will have a good academic background and should have excellent quality experience working in corporate and commercial law on behalf of both public sector and private clients. You should have excellent technical ability, a positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate an effective commercial acumen. You will be confident in managing their own caseload and will demonstrate good communication skills as well as the ability to establish relationships with new and existing clients.
