Recruitment Business Partner – Manpower
High–volume recruitment isn't always built on reactions and transactions; as our next Recruitment Business Partner, you'll craft the campaigns and plot the processes that will deliver a successful RPO arrangement with a major industry–leading client.
Do you????
Love the challenge and complexity of juggling multiple tasks and engaging with multiple stakeholders? Crave the opportunity and ownership involved in overseeing your very own business area? Relish face–to–face client interaction, building credibility and partnerships?
Then step away from reactive, transactional recruitment. This role is your opportunity to orchestrate a data–driven, project–focused partnership closely aligned with the client's senior HR team, whilst coordinating with skilled Manpower head–hunters and resourcers.
The client's point of contact and a face of Manpower's RPO offering, you'll work with our team of recruiters who could be working on some 50–70 vacancies per month. They'll source and fill; you'll be purely client–facing – shaping recruitment metrics, approaches, and campaigns.
This isn't high–street agency, and this role isn't about being street–cool and salesy. Part of the ManpowerGroup suite of workforce solutions, the RPO function you'll represent is a delivery team recognised for its professionalism, diversity, collaboration, and team spirit.
Your Next Role / Your Future
The bedrock of the client relationship, you'll present regular weekly/monthly progress updates, collaborate on tailored recruitment approaches, oversee shortlisting and forecasting, and assist with associated processes such as visa applications.
You will oversee job vacancies spanning manufacturing, engineering, and corporate – with technical and IT–focused derivatives, too. You don't need to be fluent in engineering lingo – but you'll build an awareness of common terms and themes alongside the language of recruitment.
Manpower stands out for its organic approach to empowerment, involvement, and inclusion. Here, a Recruitment Business Partner doesn't just handhold a fixed process – it's not 'off the shelf'. You'll be given the autonomy to embrace new ideas and approaches alongside the client.
Be part of a renowned global brand with five–year plans and clear–cut ambitions to build and expand on the diversification of its clients. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships and become a true partner, embedded within a client's HR BP activity.
Do you offer?
Recruitment industry experience and knowledge
Experience of client interaction, face to face, in a high–volume working environment
An analytical mindset – to pick out data trends and communicate their significance
The organisational skills to manage your diary and be punctual with meetings/calls
Adaptable communication skills – the ability to build rapport with diverse audiencesIf you have recruitment experience in an RPO capacity, and/or in the automotive, technical, or engineering sectors, great, but a corporate background is equally sufficient. You may have additional, non–recruitment experience in which you've been exposed to face–to–face interaction with senior stakeholders.
Akin to project management, the role is built on communication, consistency, and resilience. You'll need a keen eye for detail and thrive under the responsibility of interacting with lots of different people and juggling multiple activities and tasks concurrently.
Benefits and Perks
A clear bonus structure applicable to all
22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
The ability to buy up to five extra days' holiday
Matched pension contributions, up to 6%
Hybrid working options – a mixture of homeworking and office–based
Access to company–paid external training courses and qualifications
Huge flexibility for career progression – across the Manpower group
