Interim Programme Manager required to join a dynamic NHS organisation for a 6 to 12 month role. Our client is looking for an experienced Programme Manager to deliver in NHS Urgent Care Leadership.
As the Interim Programme Manager you will provide professional leadership:
Key responsibilities of the Interim Programme Manager
Track record in Urgent Care leadership including winter preparedness and delivery at large Acute Trust level
Track record of steering Emergency Care through periods of extreme pressure, instability and change, while simultaneously delivering improvements
Track record of working to financial balance whilst improving Emergency Care access targets
A credible record of engaging and leading teams successfully through transformation and service redesign and integration across health and social careRequired skills and experience of the Interim Programme Manager
Experience in Urgent Care leadership
Recent NHS experience
Highly motivated leader that thrives in challenging rolesThis is fantastic opportunity to utilise your existing skill set to add real value to the NHS. To make an impact in this role the client requires the successful individual to be on site when needed.
