Commercial Solicitor - (2PQE+) -

We are seeking a Solicitor with good quality experience in the Company Commercial field to join a well-established and thriving firm in Derby .

The successful candidate will have experience in a broad range of Commercial Matters to ideally include commercial contracts, IP, Partnership and Shareholder agreements, and other general company commercial matters. This position is an excellent opportunity to work for a fantastic dynamic firm, with a great deal of autonomy.

This is an exciting position for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor from 3 years + level right up to a more senior level, offering internal career progression and the chance to develop an outstanding reputation within this field with the support of a fantastic firm.
