We have an incredible opportunity to join a global SaaS provider who are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a truly successful brand as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

This is a brand new position for the London office and will immediately focus on recruiting Sales and Marketing professionals for the UK and German markets– a key area of growth for this business in 2022.

This company has an incredibly innovative and successful product and so the Sales team is an ideal team to be Recruiting for. Selling this company to candidates will not be tricky due to it's reputation so if this industry excites you as a Recruiter, this is the company for you!

This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced Recruiter who wants to be part of a fast growing business. The company is going through a very exciting growth phase in Europe and so this role would suit a strong recruiter who works either in–house, for an agency or for an RPO and wants to gain more autonomy and input into Recruitment processes and strategy.

The opportunity:

*In this role you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of permanent Sales positions for the UK and Germany. This will include, yet not limited to Customer Success, Sales Engineers and Pre–sales as an example.

*You will be integral in hiring the best talent on the market and playing a key part of the company growth plans.

*With support from the US recruitment team you will be a vital part of planning the strategy and recruitment processes to drive the success of this part of the business.

*You will own the full recruitment life cycle from start to finish and advise on how this process can be more efficient and create the very best candidate experience.

*You will work collaboratively with teams and colleagues across the various offices facilitating and solving problems and advising hiring managers on interview and candidate retention techniques.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is confident in their ability to source and head hunt the very best talent on the market for the business to achieve company wide growth goals.

We are looking for someone who is a forward thinker and resourceful in their search method, someone who can figure out where to find these hard to find candidates and how to successfully sell the opportunities available.

Experience required:

Ideally 5+ years of full life–cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a SaaS/technology company/client base.
Experience recruiting for sales roles (Sales Engineers, Pre–sales, Customer Success and some Marketing).
Confident and resourceful in sourcing and head hunting methods.
Experience of having recruited in APAC would be beneficial but not at all necessary.
