As our HR Business Partner you will work across the organisation, providing strategic and operational support to management teams across the full HR remit, including employee relations, recruitment, talent and succession management, learning and development and employee engagement.

Using your generalist HR knowledge and experience of what good looks like, you will have the scope to shape and influence change and the support from a dedicated HR team, to deliver true business partnering.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Engage with the organisation to execute divisional and departmental people plans linked to the organisation's objectives
• Continually improve the employee experience through managing projects and operational activities related to employee engagement, including employee representatives, employee engagement surveys, culture & values
• Support the organisation's aims in relation to equality, diversity & inclusion, creating & delivering engaging initiatives to continually improve our position.
• Work closely with the internal communications team to deliver impactful and engaging communications to all employees through various formats
• Actively promote the organisation externally, identifies attraction and recruitment risks and proposes plans to mitigate such risks, including the delivery of appropriate recruitment campaigns to ensure the attraction of high calibre candidates and positioning the organisation as an employer of choice.
• Work alongside the local management teams, identifies high potential employees for development, agrees development plans linked to future strategic plans and working alongside the line manager, identifies and ensures the delivery of development solutions
• Respond positively and with pace to ER cases and performance issues, supporting and coaching people leaders to act appropriately and guiding them through the appropriate people processes
• Identify gaps and risk in resource and organisational structures and recommends options to address highlighted issues and in partnership with the local management teams, design succession plans for key talent and critical roles
• Act as the performance improvement driver and encourages positive changes in local people management
• Agree short, medium and long–term plans for change and leads / facilitates delivery as appropriate
• Partner with other areas of the organisation to deliver HR projects
• Contributes to the development of policies and processes and proactively supports the delivery of HR policy and process into and across all areas.

HR Business Partner Requirements:

Salary: GBP35K plus Car Allowance
