An initial 2 month project working within a large multinational business to work with the marketing and operational teams to review and identify process improvements to streamline the business.

The business is looking for someone with a strong background in working with stakeholders to identify areas of weakness in business processes and then influence the change to streamline their working practices.

This role is not aimed at cutting headcount, it is primarily focused on streamlined working practices to free up the team to reduce day to day BAU work and allow more innovation moving forward.

Deliverables of the project will include:

* Analyse team structure and organisation
* Interview & workshop to gather research data
* Identify problems, areas of weakness and duplicated work
* Put in place a plan to enact change, improve the working structure, define scopes of roles etc
* Influence & engage stakeholders on processes & improvements
* Document & create training manuals and workshops on business processes moving forward
