Interim HR Operations Manager

Morgan Philips are currently searching for a HR Operations Manager to join a company in Berkshire for 6 months with a view to perm. The role will pay up to GBP500 per day (inside IR35) and will begin ASAP.
The HR Operations Manager is accountable for managing 4 direct reports who lead teams providing a front–line HR lifecycle and L&D admin service to all employees, including business managers and HR colleagues. This role requires someone with experience of leading an operational HR team, who is highly organised, has a detailed knowledge of HR processes, policies, compliance, and systems, and who can successfully lead and coach the team to deliver an exemplary customer service.
The successful candidate for this role will have experience of managing an operational People advisory and administration team, and of driving high performance and engagement, you will be customer focused, with a detailed knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including 'Right to Work' and IR35 and will have significant knowledge and experience of HR case management, best practice, and processes – previous experience of SAP HCM and ServiceNow preferable. You must be highly organised and responsive, with the ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines, confident and tenacious, taking ownership of issues to resolution in a timely manner, will have experience of managing challenging stakeholders and should be resilient and able to be flexible to change in demands.
