Finance Business Partner
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for taking the lead on all commercial finance work, to include budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting and FP&A. You will be an excellent communicator and with the ability and confidence to present to senior stakeholders.

Finance Business Partner
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for taking the lead on all commercial finance work, to include budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting and FP&A. You will be an excellent communicator and with the ability and confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop a deep understanding of the BigChange business, its stakeholders and deliverables.
- Develop and lead the annual budgeting, 5-year plan and monthly re-forecasting processes
- Build strong working relationships with other business departments, providing insight and business intelligence to support financial decision making and planning
- Develop a cost control mindset within the group
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and process improvements across the business
- Develop detailed monthly revenue analysis and KPI reporting packs
- Support the development of a new commission scheme model
- Calculation of monthly sales commission
- Ability to communicate confidently with accountants and non-accountants
- Customer benchmarking analysis and reporting
- Identify and apply investment appraisal techniques.
- Advanced excel and data analytics skills (Power BI preferred)
- Work closely with the operational finance team to support month end processes
- Ad hoc project work – such as integration of our French entity and support in implementing a new ERP system in 2022
Although not a pre-requisite, we would be particularly interested to hear from individuals with the following experience:
- Experience with working with a planning tool such as Workday / Adaptive Insights/ Vena
- Have worked for businesses under private equity ownership
- Fluent French speaker
