Engineering & Manufacturing Business Development Manager
GBP35,000 per annum plus car allowance and uncapped bonus

We are looking to recruit an Engineering and Manufacturing Business Development Manager to work within our Birmingham market. You will be tenacious and dynamic, and confident working independently to achieve results. You will be working alongside a well–established service team, who will support you with candidate availability, to ensure you have every opportunity to achieve your goals.
The Job & Team
Encore was established in 2001 and has over 10 locations across the UK, so is well known and respected within the industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop the West Midlands market, and really put your stamp on these locations. You will be given the opportunity to share ideas, leads, and knowledge with the other Sales Consultants across our 10 locations, to enable Encore to have a joined–up approach. With continued growth across Warwickshire and the West Midlands, there is opportunities for the sales team to grow, and for you to be able to develop new talent from within.
At Encore, we understand that typically sales people don't want to be held back from selling. This is why we have a well–established service team in place, so that once jobs are brought on and commercials are agreed, the service team will continue the process to point of conversion. This enables you to focus your time on new business pipeline, hitting your revenue target, and maximising your own bonus.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be given the automony to set your own activity, guided by the strategic aims of the business. New ideas and approaches are encouraged, as long as the pre–outcomes are delivered.
What we are looking for???
Experience in recruitment sales and generating new sales leads through telesales and face to face visits.
Tenacity, resilience and a positive mental attitude.
Own car and driving license.
Work hard, play hard mentality.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
