Business Analyst – Outside IR35
Delighted to be working exclusively and partnering with our Manchester client to recruit an Interim BA for 12 – 24 weeks. This role will have a hybrid working model, predominately working from home with some travel into the offices and to work with the delivery team.
As a BA you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to analyse and documents processes and systems, and interact with technology, to support the continuous improvement of processes, products, services, software, and hardware. You will also need to engage with stakeholder at all levels and be used to working in a faced paced ever–changing environment.
Key Deliverables:
* Develop business processes from scratch in support of CRM and other SaaS solutions that are being used in an agile approach
* Meet the requirements of a key project sponsoring organisation
* Processes need to be aligned with contractual requirements
* Contribute towards testing activities
* Work closely with the key stakeholders
The Successful Candidate:
* Minimum of 3–5 years as a Business Analyst
* Change Management
* Systems Analyst
* Business Process requirements
* Business Modelling
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
