Fantastic opportunity to join a well known financial services group as a Head of Internal Communications & Change with a team of 9 direct reports. The business are looking for someone with exceptional senior stakeholder management skills, and experience of change programme management and operational resillience.
Responsibilities of Head of Internal Communications & Change (12 month fixed term contract):
- Lead and deliver the group wide communications strategy across strategic internal communications
- Provide project support for business leaders within the group across levels
- Work closely with the business to ensure leaders understand the business strategy and vision and drive trust and credibility for the communications team.
- Lead and oversee the business change programmes, work on specific projects such as the move to hybrid working, new office openings and so on.
- Develop a team of nine communications professionals ensuring quality of work etc.
Expereince required of Head of Internal Communications & Change (12 month fixed term contract):
- Demonstrable experience ofinternal communications within a financial services business or corporate business
- Experience of managing teams similar size to this (9)
- Experience of business partnering at a senior level is crucial to this role
- Experience of change programme management and operational resillience
- Any experience on advising on major incidents
