Business Analyst - MIFID2/EMIR Regulatory Reporting

A Business Analyst is required for a highly prestigious exchange and clearing house in the City of London a permanent basis to join the Post Trade. They are seeking to expand the BA pool to further grow a very successful high performing team. This would be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make the next step up in their career particularly within a very established London organisation.

You should come from a background working within regulation and any experience in EMIR or MiFID II would be highly relevant. Ideally you will also have an understanding of IT systems within a post trade or clearing environment working with Digital and Technology teams.

The successful appointee will have:

• Solid track record as a Business Analyst in financial services with a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Knowledge of the software delivery life cycle
• Experience in financial services regulation such as MiFID 2 or EMIR
• Ability to work closely with Digital/Technology teams and Data teams
• Strong presentation and business communication skills

Desired Experience:

• Experience on regulatory change programmes, ideally working on EMIR/MiFID/MiFID II would be advantageous due to the nature of the work
