If you're an experienced Payroll Manager with the knowledge and experience to take on a 6 month FTC, this one is for you???
Time Appointments is currently working with an top quality company based in Ipswich. The client is looking to recruit an payroll manager to join their fantastic team on a 6 month FTC to help transform their entire payroll function.
What you will be doing:
* Create a user manual to be used across all sites detailing the "end to end" payroll procedure for submission to the Group Payroll Department.
* Trouble shoot and make recommendations in consultation with the Group Payroll Manager on changes to the current procedures to make processes more streamlined.
* Collate all new starter payroll forms for submission to the payroll department ensuring all forms are correct and with correct levels of authority.
* Ensure that all payroll adjustments are recorded and submitted within monthly time scales set by payroll department.
* Process leavers and calculate outstanding holiday/bonus payments before sending to payroll department for processing.
What you'll need to have:
* Experience having worked in a senior finance role overseeing the payroll function
* Experienced having worked in a high–volume payroll environment
* Good IT skills
* Proficient understanding of Tax Codes
* Project experience is preferred
