Our client, a leading application provider within the workflow, asset and building management industry, have an excellent opportunity to work as a Head of Talent Acquisition. You will be a seasoned recruiter who loves to get their hands dirty and create ground up operations. Your personal network will have the depth and breadth to include all sectors and roles but with focus on Saas businesses with Tech and Sales in particular. You will be comfortable using all recruitment technology and thrive on challenging the norm to bring innovative and creative solutions to recruitment. You will have energy, pace, enthusiasm for your day to day. You will have a positive and growth approach to your work and thrive on being part of a business that is in transformation

Location: Cambridge, Fleet or Remote
Salary: Up to GBP75k per annum

The Role

To shape and deliver a best–in–class in–house talent acquisition service for the business, both in the UK and US. Leveraging an extensive network of potential talent and working with key stakeholders and hiring managers, the Head of Talent Acquisition will develop strong relationships to ensure the very best talent is introduced to the business. With a focus on pushing the boundaries and developing their diversity agenda to make our client the best company to work for in their sector. The role covers the full extent of the recruitment function from strategy to implementation, providing the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the way they recruit its teams. It is currently a sole contributor role but with plans to develop a full in–house department over time. Key stakeholders include the Global Leadership Council, senior managers and heads of department, 3rd party suppliers and service providers.

Our ideal applicant will have/be;

Proven expertise in hiring exceptional talent with a focus on direct sourcing
Experience in developing and delivering hiring strategies for technical and senior positions
Experience of designing and implementing recruitment processes from scratch
Passion for crafting highly engaged and ambitious workplace cultures
Ability to influence and build effective partnerships
Commercially astute individual with the ability to align the talent strategy to business objectives
Articulate and confident communication style
