This is a varied and challenging role working as part of a small HR team in a busy national organisation. As HR Project Manager you will work with stakeholders across the organisation to bring rigour and control to their HR/People Projects. Initially you will be working predominantly with projects around HR Systems Implementation and Intranet and so you will need strong IT Literacy and experience of implementing HR Systems and individual modules.

The role will see you

* Project managing the end of the HR Systems Implementation piece including the activation of employee self–service
* Reviewing the effectiveness of that Systems Implementation and ensuring the systems project teams are better placed to tackle the upcoming Intranet launch
* Process mapping across new and existing systems to maximise the benefits of the system. Engaging with the end user to improve acceptance
* Championing the benefits of an organised approach to project management and building improved project plans, project teams and project communications.

It is expected that you will be able to hit the ground running on the systems projects and so experience of project managing the implementation of HRIS is essential.

In addition you will need to be

* Used to working with project management methodologies and communicating using RAG reports, GANT charts and progress reports
* Able to work with senior management to improve their project management capabilities
* Experienced in managing multiple and concurrent projects

The role also requires a hard working and empathetic individual who can appreciate that as part of a smaller team and organisation that you will need to be self sufficient and prepared to get stuck in operationally.

Based from their Birmingham office 2–3 days a week this is a role offering a hybrid working pattern. It is also a role where you can make a real and rewarding impact on the future success and sustainability of the organisation.

Salary – cGBP45000 + benefits
