The role:
You will be responsible for scaling up the sales and customer–success teams on a mass–scale
Designing and rolling–out professional development plans to help the team and company to succeed
Working cross–functionally with numerous other departments to help improve the user–experience
Maintaining mutually–beneficial relationships with key partners and clients
Regularly analysing and interpreting customer feedback to draw insights and help improve user–experience
About you:
Experience in scaling–up including hiring, onboarding and managing large teams within a customer success department
Strong track record of managing international teams, with the ability to coach remotely and in–office
Excellent ability to organise and prioritise a high volume of tasks at once
Highly tech–savvy with a key interest in the SaaS/IT/Tech sector
The package:
Basic salary up to GBP90k
Realistic OTE GBP120k

Flexi/remote working options
This Head of Customer Success role offers hybrid/flexible working between the London offices and home–working. The successful candidate is likely to be in a Head of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success or Senior Customer Success Manager role currently, living in London or surrounding home–counties.
