Human Resources Business Partner – Maternity Cover
Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with a leading NHS Trust based in Southend–On–Sea. Reporting directly into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the provision of high quality strategic and operational workforce support to ensure best practice people management within their areas of responsibility and across the wider workforce function.
The role is for 3 months initially but is likely to be extended beyond that. It is paying GBP316 per day Umbrella, inside IR35.
Your new role as Human Resources Business Partner:
The post holder will lead on development and implementation of specific Group/Trust–wide policies, initiatives and schemes, as agreed with the Head of HR.
The post holder will also lead and contribute on organisation change issues including redeployment which arises from these.
The trust is also looking for an individual who can foster a positive climate of employee relations with the organisation, to support the implementation of a partnership approach and to develop and maintain good working relationships with representatives of Trade Unions and staff organisations.
You will also be expected to deputise for the Head of HR as required.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
Significant experience in a similar role within an NHS/Public Sector environment.
In depth knowledge of current thinking, policy and population trends affecting the workforce in the health and public sector.
