This company is a respectable British clothing brand with an international reach. They have recently experienced year–on–year growth when other businesses were failing. In 2020 for example, they had a 20% growth in orders received. Not only that but they repeated that same growth in 2021 with plans to increase it in the years ahead.
This role will be based within their Poole office Monday to Friday. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for directly managing a Key Account Manager (who oversees the delivery of 15 Key Accounts across the UK), and 2 Account Managers (who oversee and deliver to 200 Independent Accounts).
Being apart of the senior leadership team, you will be managing a P&L budget of over GBP5million. Growth is a key part of the business' plan going forward. So, we are looking for someone that will be able to maintain existing relationships but also work strategically to grow the business' client portfolio across the UK and overseas.
