My client is a leading full–service law firm which provides a high quality advisory service to both commercial and private clients, and which enjoys a superb reputation across all legal disciplines. The firm is undergoing an extensive period of growth and is now looking to recruit a private client specialist to join this busy area of the practice.
This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious lawyer of 1–2yrs PQE or equivalent, whether this be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or 'qualified by experience' fee–earner, who has a keen interest and demonstrable experience of dealing with matters including drafting of wills, probate, estate administration, Court of Protection, trusts, IHT and Powers of Attorney. The client base focuses primarily on those in the Mid–to–High Net Worth bracket, some of who may have complex estates including international interests, thus the successful applicant will have the opportunity to deal with quality work on a regular basis.
