Working for a global real estate consulting company, you will be working within the strategic consulting area which has workplace, location and real estate portfolio. You will be a senior consultant / associate director for Portfolio, which includes real estate strategy, lease, structure etc; essentially – how to optimise a client's portfolio and develop it.

A management or strategic consulting background is key as you will be involved in leading and delivering portfolio strategic to clients from business developer through to deliverables. You'll be mainly working on FTSE companies across various industries, sectors and projects and you will drive strategic portfolio management and help clients optimise their existing business portfolios and improve their real estate model.

Naturally, you will need a keen eye and detailed knowledge of Real Estate – and you may have an interest in the future of work / ways of working.
