DIRECTOR OF FP&A - LONDON - TECHNOLOGY

THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners are excited to be partnered with a Private Equity backed disruptive technology business which just secured significant funding from some of the world's leading investors. The business has a global presence and this role can be based either from London or Oslo. Their new investment will help fuel an aggressive push into the US market and also enable the business to develop new innovative technology that will keep them at the forefront of their industry. THE ROLE:

• Be the right hand to the CFO on all strategic project work

• Help prepare the business for an exit event within the next 4 years

• Help build and develop a world–leading FP&A function

• Oversee the businesses financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Develop in–depth insights into the businesses drivers and financial forecasts

• Create a best–in–class BI function

• Drive the month–end and year–end reporting requirements

• Have extensive interaction with external investment teams

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with 10+ years post qualified experience

• Experience working within a PE/VC backed environment desirable

• Experience of M&A/Corporate development beneficial

• Experience working in a listed business beneficial

• Hands–on attitude
