This firm is looking for a Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer) 1+ PQE to join its flourishing City of London team.
The Role
You will work alongside a highly experienced Partner ranked in the Legal 500 as a leader in their field.
Working with them and the other members of the team you will find yourself dealing with:
- drafting, preparing and setting up of site documentation in conjunction with the team
- drafting the required leases (shared ownership and outright sale) and transfers and putting together full sales packs ready for the teams' paralegals to issue to purchasers solicitors
- Dealing with reviewing staircasing transactions and drafting the relevant transfers.
This position comes with excellent career progression prospects.
Requirements & Benefits
- You will be a Conveyancer 1+ PQE
- You will have a degree at 2:1 or above
- 12 months+ continuous experience in a similar role is required
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience, although at market rate
