Interim Project Finance Analyst

Information Technology Hybrid working (Birmingham and WFH) £200 - £250 per day

The Company Our client is a PE backed market leading specialist providing business critical services that support the infrastructure of some of the UKs largest companies. They are looking to appoint a Project Finance Analyst to join their company on a 6-month contract.

The Role As a Project Finance Analyst, you will be reporting into the Finance Business Partner supporting a process to create a centre of excellence for project reporting and administration across a portfolio of IT investment change. You will be assisting the transition away from Excel to a more integrated system using SAP and other tools and helping to implement changes to local working practices.

The Person You will have experience in using SAP and Excel with knowledge of SAAS being a distinct advantage. ideally with exposure to working in a PMO, you will have a record of working in a project based finance role supporting investments and projects. You will be financially literate with a sound appreciation of accounting principles gained through working in a finance function.
