Partner Support Manager

This 12 month fixed term position is a crucial support role within the Partner Collections team. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with outsourced UK debt collection partners to ensure appropriate servicing solutions exist for all customers.

What will you be doing?

Support the servicing partner in delivering positive customer engagement

Attend and actively participate in all monthly review meetings

Analyse and interpret MI to drive process improvements

Work with 1st and 2nd line assurance teams to understand the output of their independent conduct testing programme.

Support the Partner Managers in compiling and completing necessary remedial actions with external partners in a timely manner.

Manage day–to–day account level queries across the partner network, engaging with other teams (e.g. Business Operations, Technical Operations, Operational Analytics etc.) as necessary.

Provide administrative support to the Partner Managers and Senior Partner Managers as required

Is this you?


  • Strong communication skills – must be able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Customer awareness – good understanding of customer needs and has a desire to resolve issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Mathematics and English GCSE – A*– C or equivalent
  • Ambitious and motivated


  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Experience of working in an assurance function or customer service
  • Experience in dealing with third party clients or suppliers
