The Person:

You will have previous search experience from having successfully delivered retained search solutions to clients on a global scale, specifically within IT. You are inspirational and have lots of drive and a solid track record of winning new Business. You are well presented and have excellent communication skills.

The Company:

Our client is an established independent Executive Search business who specialise in broking and underwriting. For over a decade they have built their brand working closely with their clients and offer a truly bespoke service; they also host round table events, provide market intelligence and insights. They are looking to expand their International Insurance offering.

The Role:

This senior role is an excellent opportunity to set up a technical offering across Insurance and Financial Services. Your focus will be to develop new business and leverage from existing relationships. You will be fully supported by a delivery team.
